The event was hosted by the Universidade Metodista de São Bernardo do Campo - UMESP - between 22 and 24th November 2005, having been organized by Prof.Dr. Paulo Augusto de Souza Nogueira. The seminar took the shape of a series of independent conferences dealing with Second Temple Jewish apocalyptic, in primitive Christianity and Brazilian millenarian movements were also dealt with. Of special relevance was the presence of Prof. Louis Painchaud, from Université Laval, Quebec, a well-known specialist in the Coptic texts from Nag Hammadi. At the end of the event a collective book organized by Paulo was sold.
For the sake of comfort the names of PEJ members and friends are given in colloquial form, without titles, surnames etc. For more information please refer to the members' page. Names are always given from left to right.
